Spare covers are extra. The cover is comfortable, and it "breathes", thus reducing moisture. The cover is made with PES / Cotton and is extraordinary strong to tear and wear. Washes at 60 °C.
This cushion for wheelchairs is anti-decubitus. You can use it by itself or on top of other cushions, e.g. in the bus, train, on a couch, etc. The cushion renders very good pressure distribution and the strong-worn outer cover ventilates the contact area between cushion and user, and reduces moisture. The cover washes at 60 °C and the cushion is best washed by hand (it dries slowly). For easy transport, there is a carrying handle integrated in the lower front seam.
